Returns & Exchanges

At ART OF JIU JITSU, we strive for excellence in every piece of training gear we produce. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the gear is in its original condition with all tags attached, then securely pack the items using the original shipping materials if possible.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
